Bronze Pauldrons
A more recent creation by the Blood, Sweat, & Týr team! Wanting to use up leftover scales from our Bronze Breastplate project, we decided to make this shoulder piece. Unlike many of our other projects, this uses almost only anodised aluminium, making it extremely lightweight. Brass detailing on the shoulders and neckline add to the steampunk vibe of the piece. It took around 17 hours to create, mostly to the backdrop of The Umbrella Academy.
Fun fact: this outfit earned one of our team free beer during a D&D session in one of Reykjavik’s downtown bars!
