The commission process:

1. Get in touch using the contact form, or by sending an email to bloodsweattyr@gmail.com

2. Please include some information about what you want to commission. This can include colour, style, materials… Information about various materials we use can be found here. It’s really helpful if you include links to our latest projects or posts on instagram. Please be as detailed as you want!

3. It’s also very helpful to know your budget

4. We will send you a sketch based on your ideas, a price estimate, and a timeline. We will ask for various measurements to ensure your piece fits perfectly. For commissions over 50€, we will also send you a contract and an invoice for a deposit

5. If we have the materials in stock, we can get started right away. In this case, your piece will probably be finished and ready to ship within 1-3 weeks depending on size and intricacy

6. If we need to order materials, this can add up to a month to the deadline estimate. Additionally, some materials must be pre-ordered, which can also result in a delay. We will always be upfront about any delays outside of our control

7. Upon completion of your piece, we will send you detailed photographs for your approval. Once everything is to your satisfaction and we have received payment, your piece will be sent to you. Priority or tracked postage is available
